The 40^th national scientific, athletic and cultural of Kang Fu Toa-21 holded with about 1000 members of coaches, from all over the country on 18.02.2011 (1389/11/29) in Tehran to do with ceremonies of promotion of red sashes universal 11 board of directors for first time during the history of wisdom way has been mad with these aims:

7 goals in 40^th congress of Kang Fu Toa-21:

1- choosing board of directors’ country ministry association

2- In commemoration of pilot Rahban Mahmood Azarkamand

3- to offer letter of appreciation by director general of NGO to agent of country province

4- to offer international coaching degree to 73 people of professors

5- acknowledgment of public assembly of association

6- promotion red sashes universal 11 boards of directors in the way

7- promotion 1000 people of coaches
